Return Window

• Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Conditions for Returns

• Items must be in original, unused condition with all tags attached.
• Must be in the original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (order number/receipt) is required.
• Non-returnable items: Gift cards, personalized/customized gear, and certain undergarments or compression wear for hygiene reasons.

Refund Processing

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
• Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
• Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.
